岡本 洋人 特定社会保険労務士
1973年6月北海道札幌市生まれ。1998年社会保険労務士試験に合格、2000年開業登録。2016年主治医のような社会保険労務士法人設立、代表就任。
2016年に制定した経営ビジョン「100年ドアーズ」に基づき100年企業を目指すべく、現在は経営理念・ビジョン策定支援、人材採用支援・人材育成支援、健康経営支援、テレワーク導入支援、企業型確定拠出年金導入支援に力を入れつつ、縄文文化やアイヌ文化などの考察から「働き方」「人生の豊かさ」の研究を行なっている。
宮古島、札幌、美唄、国頭の4つを拠点に、地域に密着しつつ場所や時間にとらわれない生活をしながら、150社以上の企業の顧問・社外役員として活動を行う。趣味は、旅、EVドライブ、木工、日本文化の研究、珈琲自家焙煎、芸術鑑賞、庭・畑いじり、焚き火。
Hiroto Okamoto Special Labor and Social Security Attorney
Born in June 1973 in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Passed the Examination for Labor and Social Security Attorney in 1998 and began practice in 2000. Founded Shujiinoyouna Labor and Social Security Attorney Corp in 2016, with the goal of being a 'primary care doctor' for labor management. Guided by the '100-Year Doors' vision, he supports corporate philosophy development, recruitment, health management, telework, and pension plan implementation, while researching 'work style' and 'life richness' inspired by Jomon and Ainu cultures. Operating from bases in Miyakojima, Sapporo, Bibai, and Kunigami, he advises over 150 companies, embracing a flexible lifestyle. His hobbies include travel, EV driving, woodworking, studying Japanese culture, coffee roasting, art appreciation, gardening, and bonfires.
