After experiencing the Lehman Shock, left the company in 2010 to become a labor and social security attorney, aiming to create sustainable workplaces. Passed the attorney exam in 2011 and established Pirika Office in 2013.
Since 2016, has supported recruitment for companies facing labor shortages and regularly conducts seminars at Hello Work Sapporo. In 2018, launched a recruitment support company to assist SMEs in their growth through HR expertise. Born in 1987 in Nagano Prefecture. After attending a vocational school in Tokyo, joined R-body project Inc., where he worked as a trainer for athletes and executives, providing rehabilitation and performance training. Also handled store management, HR, PR, accounting, and labor tasks as a manager. Personal experience with depression led to an awareness of the importance of employee conditioning, prompting independence. Now active in Sapporo, Matsumoto, and Tokyo, offering personal training and workshops for executives and professionals. Joined our company as an advisor in 2018 and became our partner in 2019, currently serving as a Health Management Consultant and Conditioning Coach.

Born in Sapporo in 1975, graduated from Sapporo Minami High School and Fuji Women’s University. Joined NTT DOCOMO in 1997, working in corporate planning and marketing strategy. Passed the labor and social security attorney exam in 2009 and joined Sakuma Administrative Scrivener Office, where she supported over 500 clients across Hokkaido with licensing, company establishment, and HR consulting. In 2014, she established the Hiromi Kobayashi Labor and Social Security Attorney Office within Sakuma Office, later renamed to Hiromi Arai Labor and Social Security Attorney Office in 2021. Her personal experiences with marriage, career transitions, non-regular employment, and balancing work with parenting deepened her commitment to preventing labor issues and supporting both employers and employees. She advises business owners in diverse fields—including construction, healthcare, food service, transportation, and education—on creating workplaces that connect business growth with employee well-being. In 2019, she became our partner, where she serves as an HR consultant dedicated to building supportive workplace environments.

Born in Muroran in 1983. Graduated from Muroran Sakae High School and International Christian University. Started as a career consultant at Intelligence, Ltd. in 2006, then worked in recruitment at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC. After relocating to Sapporo, handled HR and recruitment for venture and SME companies, achieving results like reducing recruitment costs by 50% while meeting goals. Founded BeiM LLC for recruitment and HR consulting, and obtained the labor and social security attorney qualification in 2023, establishing Tasuku Labor and Social Security Attorney Office. Joined our company as a partner in 2024, focusing on telework implementation and recruitment support.

Born in September 1984 in Miyakojima, Okinawa, and currently residing there. Graduated from Okinawa Prefectural Miyako High School and Hosei University in the Faculty of Career Design. After university, worked at a regional bank in Okinawa but left in 2012 to focus on family, realizing her desire to create workplaces where anyone can work comfortably. Returning to Miyakojima, she pursued a career as a labor and social security attorney, studying independently while
working in education and raising her children. She passed the exam in 2018, registered with the Okinawa Prefecture Labor and Social Security
Attorney Association in 2020, and worked as a business advisor at the Miyako Public Employment Security Office, supporting business owners with subsidy applications and job postings. In 2024, she opened A Labor and Social Security Attorney Office. Believing it’ s essential to support the well-being of business owners, employees, and their families, she hopes to give back to her hometown and inspire future generations.
Her interests include cheering on her son’ s baseball games, baking with her daughter, and taking drives in Yanbaru, her husband’ s hometown in northern Okinawa. Mother of two.
